BACK TO THE ROOTS
By making a booking with Back to the Roots, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.⁠ ⁠Reservation and Payments
•⁠ ⁠Your booking is confirmed after you receive a confirmation from us via email and is subject to availability.
•⁠ ⁠⁠All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and taxes included.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations will not be processed without payment.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Children under 5 years old may participate free of charge, provided they are supervised by at least two adults.

2.⁠ ⁠Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds
•⁠ ⁠Cancellation fees for:
a. More than 45 days is FREE
b. Less than 45 days before the tour is is charged 50% of the total price
c. ⁠Less than 30 days before the tour is charged 70% of the total price
d. Less than 7 days before the tour is charged 100% of the total price
•⁠ ⁠Back to the Roots reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours for operational reasons, such as insufficient participants or unsafe weather conditions. In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.

3.⁠ ⁠Health and Safety
•⁠ ⁠Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the tour activities.
•⁠ ⁠⁠We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, theft, government restrictions, or service interruptions.
•⁠ ⁠⁠We reserve the right to refuse or remove anyone whose behavior is inappropriate, including intoxication, disorderly conduct, or failure to follow safety instructions, especially if it endangers others or wildlife.
•⁠ ⁠⁠By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in outdoor activities and agree that we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
•⁠ ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠If you need to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible. Your safety and satisfaction are our highest priorities.
