Requirements:
Strong interest and commitment to environmental and social issues, with a solid understanding of sustainable development principles (circular economy, social responsibility, resource management, etc.)
- Based in Bali and have strong passions for travel, culture and environment issues.Experienced tour guide, fresh graduates and university students are welcome to apply
- Flexible hours and weekends availability is necessary since travel schedule is mostly on the weekends
- Proficient in English both verbal and written.
- Confident, good communicator, friendly with can-do attitudes
- Ability to engage with diverse groups
What will you do?
Promote sustainable practices and values within the organization (waste reduction, energy efficiency, responsible sourcing), and actively engage team members and partners in adopting eco-friendly behaviors.
- Lead and facilitate group tours, providing engaging and informative commentary about destinations, culture, history, and local attractions.
- Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, and activities to ensure smooth and enjoyable experiences.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, encouraging group interaction and participation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing questions, concerns, and special requests.
- Have fun in the trip!
